Corriander Green Juice Recipe

A Lovely Green Juice Recipe

I've be experimenting with coriander (cilantro) in juices and smoothies and fell in love with the following combination.

Coriander Attack (Cilantro)   Serves 1-2

This green juice recipe combines the aromatic and very green coriander (also known as cilantro) with carrots, apple, lemon, and ginger to create a taste sensation that awakens the brain and wows the taste buds.

Green Juice Ingredients

  • 20 stems of a large bunch of coriander (cilantro)
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1" peeled ginger

How to make

For best results use a juicer that is able to juice wheatgrass, as the coriander will not juice well in a centrifugal juicer.
  1. Wash and chop the carrots and apple.
  2. Peel the lemon and ginger, and chop to fit your juicer.
  3. Rinse the coriander (cilantro).
  4. Juice all the ingredients.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Gorgeous - Refreshes the parts other juices don't quite reach!

Tip: The coriander juices most easily for me in my Samson juicer (a masticating juicer) when I juice a few stems at a time, rather than the whole lot in one go.

I'm completely in love with green smoothies with ginger and lime - so lovely and warming in the deep dark winter months. If you'd like my favorite winter smoothie recipe click here.

Enjoy your juices and smoothies,
